Chesterfield Border Ottoman Storage Side Lift Bed & Footend

We were looking for a ‘big girl’ bed, with added storage and very specific measurements as we are limited on space in a two bed flat. We found this lovely bed with lots of great fabric options that was a perfect fit. With delivery, the wait was slightly longer than anticipated but it was well worth it in the end- the delivery guys were great, the bed is well made, the storage section has a wooden bottom so your items aren't just on the floor. Customer service has been fab and it was very easy to get a response on any queries along the way. Would highly recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Ordered 3 silver grey ottoman single beds and I am in love with them.

My kids are really happy with their new beds! They’re extremely well made and after ordering one and seeing the quality, I placed another order for another 2 which arrived less than a week later! Even my Mum has now placed an order too. All the guys I’ve spoken to at Mychildsroom have been polite and helpful too.

Highly recommend this bed, firstly it came fully built the only thing we had to do was decide which end we wanted to attach the headboard.
We were really impressed with the overall build quality as well as the design.
The thing that originally sold it was the ability to choose a side opening ottoman, not a very common option but works perfectly in our daughters room and she has no trouble opening it to access all her toys, which are now neatly stored.
The customer service was fantastic and delivered within the timeframe quoted when ordering. They were very quick to answer any queries as well.
Really happy with our purchase and most importantly our daughter loves her new bed!

I ordered two otterman beds, side opening, it took 3 wks to come, which is reasonable as they are made to order, i was kept upto date with the order, via whats app messages that i had sent to them, they were delivered by two very polite gentleman who rang me several times on the day of delivery with the estimated time of delivery, the two beds are of very high standard and quality, very reasonably priced too, compared with other similar beds out there, there is No bad chemical/fishy smell of the cheap glue some companies use to glue the fabric onto the bed, as i previously have had experience of, i would definitely recomend MyChildsRoom to all my family and befs

We waited longer than originally stated due to Ramadam which was fine. I did receive a telephone call to explain the delay. They actually delivered on Bank Holiday which was above and beyond and the delivery driver was really friendly and nice. Bed is lovely quality and very comfortable. Thank you.

I bought two children’s ottoman beds and they were exactly as pictured on the website. The quality is excellent - sturdy, well-made and perfect for kids. The storage space underneath is amazing and they were also really easy to assemble. Really happy with the purchase and would highly recommend to others ! *****

I ordered a single ottoman bed , was given a 14 day delivery time but was told could be longer due to bespoke, so was really pleased when I received email for delivery only a few days over the 2 weeks time frame, the delivery guys rang me and kept me informed to the time frame of expected arrival both guys were really polite and helpful, and I'm really pleased with the quality of the product will definitely be a repeat customer 👍😊

I bought a single ottoman bed with velvet wall mounted headboard both are great products & I would recommend as the quality is very good.

We did have a few issues, delivery being one, several delays, very frustrating but the owner did communicate with me, he was honest and always polite and we got what we paid for eventually!

The bed came fully assembled which concerned me as we have a lot of stairs and tight corners but with a lot of “to me to you” the delivery guys managed to get the bed where it needed to be!

Check measurements when ordering the wall mounted headboard, I ordered standard sizes as per the MyChildsRoom website, we built a wall to accommodate it, when it arrived, we discovered the size was not what we ordered, it was too big and the wall fixing brackets were missing, the owner did offer to replace the headboard in the correct size and provide the wall fixing brackets but he couldn’t tell us how long we would have to wait for delivery, so we chose to extend the wall to accomodate the one we had delivered.

Check delivery costs, I paid two lots of delivery, 2 x £60 which included, two men to take items to any room in the house and installation, one for the bed and then the headboard, they were delivered together, the bed did not need installing just delivery to the right room and the headboard couldn’t be installed because the fixing brackets were missing!

Despite the issues, I would order from MyChildsRoom again because the quality is excellent and as the owner explained, he is a small business, providing quality products and he does all he can to resolve any issues!
