Delivery Charges

Delivery is FREE for all our items to most areas in mainland UK.

Please note we do not deliver to Northern or Southern Ireland. At checkout you will not be able to proceed further if you have an Ireland postcode.

Please note customers from the following postcodes; AB, DD, KY, FK, PA, PH, KW, IV, EX, TR, TD, TQ, PL, CT, SA, SY, LD & LL will be subject to a £100 Delivery Surcharge.

Christmas Delivery Cut-Off

To give your order the best opportunity to be manufactured and delivered before Christmas, all Christmas orders must be placed at least five (5) weeks before the 22nd of December.

Orders placed after this cut-off cannot be guaranteed for pre-Christmas delivery and will be processed when our manufacturers reopen following the Christmas shutdown.

We recommend placing your order as early as possible during the festive period to avoid disappointment.

Christmas & New Year Closure

Our business closes each year from 22nd December 2025 until 12th of January 2026.

During this period:

  • Orders can still be placed through our website 24 hours a day.
  • No manufacturing or production will take place as our manufacturing partners are closed for the Christmas and New Year holidays.
  • No deliveries or collections will be made during this period.
  • Customer service enquiries will be responded to when we reopen.
  • All made-to-order lead times will commence or resume once our business and manufacturing partners reopen in the second week of January.

Customers placing orders during our Christmas closure acknowledge that production cannot begin until our manufacturers return from their annual shutdown.

 

Delivery Timeframe

We aim to deliver all items within 25-30 working days.

Bespoke Made To Order Products have a lead time of 25-30 working days unless stated otherwise.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday only (public holidays and weekends not included). Should you require a weekend delivery we will endeavour to accommodate your delivery needs, however there will be an additional delivery charge.

A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been dispatched informing you of the delivery date, where applicable a tracking number will be provided. Please ensure an up to date contact number is provided as this will assist in arranging delivery. Please ensure that the delivery address is accurate prior to ordering as we will not be held responsible for items sent to an incorrect address.

Delivery Couriers

We deliver in our vans to selected areas. We also use Higher Jump Logistics, SGK and AIT who are third party courier companies. Adding to that we also use independent couriers, Yodel, DX and Royal Mail.
