Delivery Charges
Delivery is FREE for all our items to most areas in mainland UK.
Please note we do not deliver to Northern or Southern Ireland. At checkout you will not be able to proceed further if you have an Ireland postcode.
Please note customers from the following postcodes; AB, DD, KY, FK, PA, PH, KW, IV, EX, TR, TD, TQ, PL, CT, SA, SY, LD & LL will be subject to a £80 Delivery Surcharge.
Delivery Timeframe
We aim to deliver all items within 10 to 14 working days.
Bespoke Made To Order Products have a lead time of 15-20 working days unless stated otherwise.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday only (public holidays and weekends not included). Should you require a weekend delivery we will endeavour to accommodate your delivery needs, however there will be an additional delivery charge.
A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been dispatched informing you of the delivery date, where applicable a tracking number will be provided. Please ensure an up to date contact number is provided as this will assist in arranging delivery. Please ensure that the delivery address is accurate prior to ordering as we will not be held responsible for items sent to an incorrect address.
